Baking Soda Hair Clarifier

1 tablespoon baking soda
1 cup water

Mix water with the baking soda. Pour over hair after shampooing. Massage onto the hair and scalp for a minute then rinse off. Do this treatment weekly.

Variation: Add the 1 tablespoon of baking soda into 2 tablespoons of your shampoo. Shampoo hair with mixture and rinse.

Why it Works: Baking soda draws out oil and impurities from your hair. It also works to balance pH as it has the ability to neutralize both acids and bases.
