Molasses and Milk Hair Conditioner

2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon condensed milk
1 tablespoon stale beer

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Apply to freshly washed hair. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water and shampoo hair.

Why it Works: Molasses contain a whole host of B vitamins and vitamin E which soften the hair (a tablespoon is said to contain as much calcium as a glass of milk, as much iron as 10 small eggs, and more potassium than virtually any food), while the gelatin contains protein from animal collagen to strengthen the hair. The sugar and protein in the milk and beer work to thicken it.
