Brewer's Yeast Facial Mask

5 tablets brewer's yeast (available in drugstores)
enough water to make a paste

Powder tablets and add enough water to make a paste. Apply to the face and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse off.

Variation: Add the powdered brewer's yeast to enough yogurt to make a paste. Allow to dry on skin.

Why it works: Brewer's yeast contains most of the major B vitamins and a host of other amino acids and minerals. It helps the skin to regenerate and has been known as a “wonder supplement.”

  1. GThis is an awesome facial! As far as wrinkles....only a clay mask can even compare to it, and this doesn't leave skin quite as dry!
